Prices and taxes
All prices are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) at the appropriate rate prevailing at time of sale. Prices may be subject to fluctuation, but the advertised price on this medium will be binding at time of purchase. Insurance is not currently subject to VAT.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before cover commences. Full payment will mean cleared funds by Debit or Credit Card via our secure on-line payment process provided by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay using this method. Payment by bank transfer or cheque is also offered.
Early Termination
All products offered by click2protect are supplementary insurance products and do not offer any early or natural redemption monetary value, benefits or refunds, except during the cancellation period as detailed below.
Cancellation
Please be aware cover will commence and underwriters will be on risk immediately cleared funds for payment are received. However, you will have the right to cancel at any time within 14 days of purchase, providing notification of cancellation is received by email within that period and providing you have not attempted to or made a claim in that 14 day period. Upon receipt of a written cancellation request, a refund will be made within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel your insurance policy. Cancellation details can be found in the Terms and Conditions issued to you by your insurer.
Transfer of Benefits
All insurances and protections offered by click2protect are specific to the policyholder or the policyholder's vehicle. The benefits/cover are not transferable to another person but they may be transferable to another vehicle. Please refer to your policy terms and conditions for details. Please ensure you are satisfied with the level and period of cover chosen before purchasing your protection. Full terms and conditions for each product can be viewed on-line or downloaded in portable document format (pdf).
Eligibility
It is your responsibility to confirm your or your vehicle's eligibility for the required cover. Means to do this are provided in summary on each product page, and in detail within the linked Terms & Conditions pages for each insurance product.

You will be responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of your policy/policies. click2protect make no recommendations as to the suitability of these insurance products and accept no responsibility or liability for any losses or damage incurred as a result of; the policyholders non compliance with policy Terms & conditions,fitness for the purpose, or purchase. Click2protect act only as agents in the marketing of insurance products and as such take no responsibility for the making of, administering or settling claims under these policies. Neither click2protect or any officer or employee of click2protect will be liable (whether in negligence or otherwise) to any person for any error, omission, or incompleteness in the information on this web site or lack of availability of the web site.
